Marketplace disclaimer The marketplace on the website is a peer-to-peer listing platform connecting Sellers and Buyers of preloved bridal items. The Bridal Journey Pty Ltd is not a party to any sale and does not process the sale price, handle items, or arrange delivery. Disputes between Members are not the responsibility of TBJ. See the Marketplace Terms for full provisions. 11. Online dispute resolution The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was decommissioned on 20 July 2025. Consumers may continue to address complaints via their national consumer protection authority. Details of complaint pathways are set out in our Contact Information page. The Bridal Journey Pty Ltd is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction The Bridal Journey Pty Ltd is incorporated and operates under the laws of Australia.
